This past Friday & Saturday the WILD Youth had their Spring Retreat. The Retreat that was scheduled to be held at Farlington State Park was moved to the church due to the weather not cooperating. We had a great time hanging out. We had some amazing worship sessions, and devotions. The discussion topic for the youth retreat was “Why do I hurt if God loves me” & “God are you there”. God did some awesome stuff in the hearts of our teens.
The weather did great after the retreat kicked off and we were able to have all our fun outdoor activities that we had planned. We played basketball (the WILD version); we went on a bike ride at the wilderness park in Frontenac, wow what an experience, Fishing at the PSU Lake and a lot more crazy games that you would need to attend one of our Youth events to experience. We also had some great food. BBQ Chicken, sausage and egg burritos, Sub Sandwiches, Yummy makes my mouth water.
